Township game tips 2020

After a period of time, I wanted to play township again and I'm in level 18 playing for 2 days. :D Don't use cheat engines to level up and earn money. Just play the game and It is the real fun..  I wrote some township tips earlier. But I thought, It will be better if I write again. Okay. Let's go.

• Houses
• Increase your population by building houses.
  
• Increasing population helps you to expand more lands and buy fields for plant crops.
• If you want to build more houses, you just need to build community buildings.  

• Community Buildings
• Build community buildings to increase population cap. You need construction materials for community buildings. They are rare to find. You can receive them by train. You can buy them in the market.

• Factories
• You can produce items and sell them. Keep producing all the time like when you are playing, when you want to quit the game. Just put something to produce takes long time to produce.

• Remember to buy more plots. more plots mean more items. 
  

• House of Luck
• You can win  some items or money at house of luck using clovers.
  

• City Market
• You will find nice offers from city market. You can buy crops, produced items or construction materials. Remember to buy new boxes and you can buy more goods.
  
• There is a dealer here and by clicking him you can find items you want and purchase it.
  

• Earn money

• You can earn money by selling crops in the barn. Your income will be higher if you produce something from crops.

• Train
  
• filling train orders help you to level up and  get construction materials. You can get 3 trains in the game and remember to send each trains 20 times per day. If you don't have items to fill, just ask from your friends and they will help you. You also can help them and earn some coins or xp.
  
• .Helicopter
• Helicopter orders give you not only xp but also money.. But You need to produce more items and plant crops. when you sell items in the barn, don't sell all the things. keep some in the barn and you can use it when you need.
  
• Air Plane
• just like filling train. Your friends can help here with some orders. You earn money for filling crates and extra money for full rows.
• You will get money gift from Gift Balloons sent your friends.
  

Township game tips part 2 - Buildings

• House of Luck

At the house of luck you can win township cash, coins, construction materials and much more. You need four-leaf clovers to play, so get them by helping other players fill their trains and planes. Everyone who accepts your help automatically send a letter with a clover to your town hall. You have to choose a chest.

• Dairy Factory
• Cream - need one milk bottle - duration: 15 min
• Cheese - need 2 milk bottles - duration: 30 min
• Butter - need 3 milk bottles - duration: 1 hour
• Yogurt - need 4 milk bottles - duration: 1 hour and 30 min
• Peach Yogurt - 

• Bakery
• Bread - need 2 wheat - 5 min
• Cookies - need 2 wheat & 2 eggs - 15 min
• Bagel - need 2 wheat, 1 sugar cane & 3 eggs - duration 30 min
• Checkerd cake (Temporary Recipe) - need 2 bread - duration: 40 min
• Pizza -

• Feed mill
• Cow feed x 3 - need 2 wheat, 1 corn - duration: 5 min
• Chicken feed x 3 - need 2 wheat, 1 carrot - duration- 10 min
• Sheep feed x 3 - need 2 corn, 2 carrot - duration: 20 min
• Bee feed x 3 - 

• Textile Factory
• Cotton fabric - need 2 cotton, duration: 30 min
• Yarn - need 2 wool, duration- 40 min
• Silk Fabric - 

• Sugar Factory
• Sugar - need one sugar cane , duration: 20 min
• Syrup - need two sugar cane , duration: 40 min
• Caramel -

• Tailor Shop
• Shirt - need one cotton fabric , duration - 1 hour
• Sweater - need one wool, duration- 1 hour and 30 min
• Coat - one cotton fabric, one wool , duration - 2 hour

• Snack Factory
• Popcorn - 2 corns, 30 min
• Corn Chips - 3 corns, 1 hr
• Granola - 2 wheat, 2 strawberry. 40 min

Tips and Hints

1.) Missions, Quests, Orders

You just have to build your beautiful town and you don't have any missions or quest to complete. 

but you have to complete orders. click on helicopter buttons to access and complete orders by completing orders, you can earn more coins. also you can click on the trash bin to get rid of useless orders.

2.) Farming

Focus on farming.  The game allows you to unlock crops and plant them on your town.. You can plant a lot of organic crops. When you are low on coins, planting  "Wheat" is a nice way to earn xp and get more profit.. 

3.)  Construction Materials

Construction Materials come with trains and game allows u to send the trains to come with materials that suit your city.

First train unlocks at level 5.
